We work with established companies — businesses with history, complexity, and systems. Which, over time, have outgrown there original usecase. We design and implement integrations, automation, and the observability that lets you actually see what's happening inside your own operation.
We don't offer everything. We've deliberately kept our focus narrow — e-commerce integration, automation, and operational visibility. That focus is what makes us useful.
You get a clear picture of your current system landscape — what's connected, how, and where the risks are. Written report, no fluff, concrete next steps. This is where most engagements begin. It's also useful on its own if you just want to know where you stand.
We design the solution — architecture, interfaces, decisions — and hand you a specification that your team (or ours) can build against. No vague diagrams. Implementation-ready.
We take responsibility from design through to delivery. We coordinate implementation, review the work, and hand over something that actually runs — with documentation that doesn't disappear when we do.
A retailer with solid revenue and a fulfillment process that ran on manual steps and institutional knowledge. When the person who knew how it worked was unavailable, orders stalled. Nobody had visibility into what was happening between their shop and their logistics partner.
"For the first time, the operations team could see exactly where every order was — without asking anyone."
A Shopware merchant running monthly invoicing through a cronjob that had been quietly misbehaving for longer than anyone wanted to admit. No error reporting, no audit trail. The billing worked — except when it didn't, and nobody knew until a customer noticed.
"Failures that used to surface as customer complaints now surface as log entries — before anyone is affected."
line58 is a small remote team of specialists. We don't try to cover every technology or serve every industry. E-commerce integration and automation is what we know, and it's what we do.
The work comes from 8 years of hands-on experience with Shopware, Shopify, ERP systems, fulfillment pipelines, and the middleware that holds them together. We've seen the same problems in many different companies — and we know how to fix them properly.
We're EU-based and work remotely. Our clients are typically established companies — often in the DACH region — who have more technical complexity than their current setup can cleanly handle. We are not the right fit for early-stage startups or projects where the main constraint is budget. If you're looking for the cheapest way to get something built, we're genuinely not it. If you want something done properly, by people who care about the quality of their work — that's what we're here for.
Tell us briefly about your setup and what's not working. We'll come back with an honest assessment — whether that's a proposal, a referral, or just a straight answer about whether we can help.
